Highlights of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia Tour description

In 2010 we started a new combined tour to Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia. After the collapse of the Russian Empire, these three countries became part of the short-lived Trans-Caucasian Democratic Federative Republic. The republic dissolved in May 1918, and Azerbaijan declared independence, which lasted until the Bolshevik Red Army invaded it in April 1920. Georgia and Armenia suffered the same fate and eventually became part of the Soviet Union. With the demise of the Soviet Union, they all have become independent Republics again. This little known part of the world offers stunning sceneries as well as unique history and is ideal for our 9-day tour.

We suggest you also our tour Combined Tour of Azerbaijan, Georgia & Armenia.
